Therapy Services

The therapy services that I offer include individual therapy, couples counseling (for those in both traditional and non traditional relationships), and group therapy. My work in psychotherapy addresses the pain, anxiety, and depression of my clients while building on their successful adaptations and strengths to create change.

Many of my clients are successful professionals who have had personal histories involving alcohol abuse, and many grew up in families where alcohol problems or other kinds of family dysfunction took its toll. I also help families intervene to get a loved one the therapy that he or she may need.
